- We guarantee delivery, but late deliveries are always a possibility, however, we will try our best to ensure you will receive what you purchase.
- Orders to US that have not arrived over 30 days after shipping out from the factory are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.

- If your order has been shipped out, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email.

* Why isn't the tracking data showing on my tracking number?
- For U.S. orders tracking numbers may take up to 7 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.
- For international orders tracking numbers may take up to 10 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.
- If it has been more than 7 days on a U.S. order or more than 10 days on an international order and your tracking data is still not showing, please get in contact with 9Gifts.shop Support Team.
* I never received my package, what should I do?
Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt.
For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 30 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.
For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.

Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

For items shipping United States: $4.99
For items shipping Internationally: $14.99
* International buyers! - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.
